Purpose
These Terms govern access and use of Memody (the "Application" or the "Service"), a project operated by Jose Antonio Nuevo, a self-employed sole proprietor registered in Spain, providing AI-generated songs from study notes. Access implies full acceptance; if you disagree, do not use the Service.

Service description
Memody generates personalized songs using AI (OpenRouter for text, ElevenLabs for music/voice). For personal and educational use. Users may register (email/OAuth), use free or paid plans, buy extra credits, and download songs for non-commercial personal use.
Account and registration
Access via Supabase Auth. Users must provide accurate data, keep credentials confidential, not share accounts, and notify unauthorized use. The owner may suspend accounts for abuse.
Plans, pricing and extra credits
Plans: Learn (0 €; 1 song/mo; 25 s; 128 kbps; normal priority), Focus (9.99 €/mo; 12 songs; 45 s; 320 kbps; medium priority), Master (14.99 €/mo; 20 songs; 60 s; highest quality/Lossless; high priority). Credits: 1 (1.25 €), pack 5 (4.99 €), pack 10 (8.99 €). Prices include VAT (21%); payments via Stripe. Credits inherit the active plan's limits and are non-transferable. Consumption order: monthly quota → credits.
Permitted and prohibited use
Personal/educational use only. Prohibited: illegal/offensive content, third-party rights infringement, commercial use, abusive automation, reverse engineering, or multi-accounting to bypass limits. Access may be suspended for abuse.
Intellectual property
User texts remain the user's property. AI-generated songs are automatically generated content without exclusive authorship rights. Users receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license. Resale, redistribution or claiming authorship is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Memody is provided "as is". No guarantee of continuous availability, musical perfection, or error-free results. No liability for third-party outages (Supabase, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, Voyage AI, Stripe) or damages from misuse.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments and subscriptions via Stripe. Users may cancel anytime. No refunds except for verified technical errors or legal obligations. Refunded one-time payments may entail removal of associated credits.
Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Using the Service implies acceptance.
Changes
Terms may be updated and published with effective date at /terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Jurisdiction: Courts of Barcelona (Spain).
